Racing legend Buddy Baker will be at Kentucky Speedway on Saturday to serve as Grand Marshall for the ARCA Blue Grass Quality Meats 200.

Baker's accomplishments during his career include the fastest Daytona 500 on record in 1980 and 19 Winston Cup victories. He also won four times at Talladega and Charlotte while posting 202 career Top 5 finishes.

Being a part of the inaugural racing season at Kentucky Speedway is exciting for Baker. "The track has all the characteristics of a modern speedway, and is as nice as any on the circuit," he said.

Since retiring from racing, Baker has been serving as a consultant and working as an analyst for CBS, TNT and TBS.

The Blue Grass Quality Meats 200 will be the second ARCA race at Kentucky Speedway this summer. On July 2, Tim Steele picked up his third win of the season with his HS Die Softech Ford No. 16 in the Kentucky 150.

Saturday's race will get underway at 2:30 p.m. Tickets are available by calling 1-888-652-RACE.
