Country Music Association (CMA) Vocal Duo of the Year Award nominee Blue County will be in concert at Kentucky Speedway on Saturday, September 18, just prior to the start of "The Tripleheader Fall Classic."

Aaron Benward and Scott Reeves bring their brand of high-energy entertainment to the B-105 WUBE-FM Country Music Soundstage at 2:00 p.m. exclusively for speedway fans. The concert is included with a race ticket.

The duo released its debut "Blue County" compact disc on April 6, 2004, and quickly scored hits with the singles "Good Little Girls" and "That's Cool."

Benward, a native of Auburn, Ind., learned his craft by touring and recording with his father and professional gospel singer Jeoffrey. Reeves was born in Delight, Ark., and raised in Los Angeles. He lists accomplished singer and family friend Glen Campbell among his musical influences. The artists formed Blue County after meeting during a music video shoot in Nashville, Tenn., in 2000 and later signed with Curb Records.

The "Kentucky Speedway Triple Header Fall Classic" will feature a combined 475 miles of race action in one day with the I-Power DASH Series, NASCAR AutoZone Elite Division Southeast Series and American Speed Association National Tour. Gates open at 1:00 p.m., and pre-race festivities begin at 3:15 p.m. Races follow at 4:00 p.m., 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.
