Hard-charging country artist Pat Green will prime the NASCAR Nationwide Series pump when he seizes control of the Kentucky Speedway Turn 1 Concert Stage on Saturday, June 13 before Kyle Busch, Carl Edwards and Joey Logano do battle in the "Meijer 300 Presented by Ritz."

Green's 10th collection titled "What I'm For" was released on Jan. 27 and made its debut on the Billboard "Top Country Album Chart" at No. 2 . The album's lead single "Let Me" spent 34 weeks on the magazine's "Hot Country Songs Chart" and rose to the No. 12 spot. The collection's second single titled "Country Star," also is making its way up the current country charts and cracked the Top 40 on the same chart.

The Texas-born artist's rambunctious stage presence helped him build a passionate fan base that propelled him to national prominence by staunchly supporting works such as his August 2006 "Cannonball" release which featured the popular singles "Feels Just Like it Should" and "Dixie Lullaby." His 2003 collection "Wave on Wave" also made its debut at No. 2 on the Billboard "Top Country Album Chart" thanks in part to the popular title single.

Green's performance is included with a race ticket, which, along with infield camping and Big Ticket Deals can be reserved through the tickets page of this Web site, by phone at 888-652-RACE (7223), through the Kentucky Speedway ticket offices in Ft. Mitchell, Ky., at 400 Buttermilk Pike, Suite 100 near the Montgomery Inn restaurant or the track Fan Center located off of Interstate 71 Exit 57 and Ky. Hwy. 35 N in Sparta, Ky. Tickets also are available through Tickets.com outlets including Meijer stores.
