Kentucky Speedway and Tickets.com (NASDAQ: TIXX), Inc. announce an exclusive multi-year full-retail ticketing services agreement today that will benefit race fans through added conveniences such as extended call center hours and an expanded retail ticket network. Beginning January 6, 2003, Tickets.com will facilitate Kentucky Speedway single-event ticket and Reserved RV camping pass sales to local clients and race fans. Tickets are available at the Cincinnati Visitor's Center, and in select retail outlets in Greater Cincinnati and Dayton, Ohio, in addition to Louisville and Lexington, Ky. A complete list of retail locations is available online at www.tickets.com/retailoutlets, or www.kentuckyspeedway.com and by phone at 1-888-652-RACE. Tickets.com service fees will apply to all outlet, phone and internet orders.

"We are excited about the opportunity to provide the Kentucky Speedway and tri-state racing fans a dynamic online and offline ticketing choice," said Susan Fobes, senior vice president national sales, Tickets.com. "As a host to some of the region's premiere events, we are enthusiastic about extending our services to support Kentucky Speedway."

Tickets.com retail locations include the family-owned and operated Meijer Supercenters and stores, which recently entered a five-year agreement to become the title sponsor of Kentucky Speedway's NASCAR Busch Series event, "The Meijer 300," and "The Official Supercenter of Kentucky Speedway." A network of 34-stores throughout Kentucky, Ohio, Indiana and Michigan will participate in speedway promotions. Other retail locations include Play-It-Again Sports and Hader Hardware locations in Greater Cincinnati.

"The addition of Meijer as a partner made the decision to enhance our relationship with Tickets.com a natural choice for providing our fans with even more convenient ways to purchase Kentucky Speedway tickets," Kentucky Speedway Executive Vice President and General Manager Mark F. Cassis said.

Kentucky Speedway tickets will be available seven days a week from Tickets.com at 1-888-652-RACE. The call center will operate from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday, and from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Sunday. Tickets.com also is scheduled to implement an integrated voice response system that will allow fans to order tickets 24-hours a day. An activation date was not announced.

Tickets.com also will help authenticate Kentucky Speedway tickets in 2003 through a barcode and ticket scanning system. Speedway fans will be protected against counterfeiting as each ticket will be printed with a unique barcode and scanned at the speedway gates prior to admission. The system also is expected to speed entry into the $152-million facility.

Kentucky Speedway campers also will benefit from the extended partnership as single-weekend Reserved RV camping area passes will be available through the Tickets.com call center. Phone 888-652-RACE or visit www.kentuckyspeedway.com for rates and availability.

Kentucky Speedway will continue to administrate the sale of its season ticket packages, which are on sale now and will be available through Friday, May 9, 2003. The speedway also will continue to sell its season Reserved RV camping passes direct to its customers. Phone 859-578-2300, visit www.kentuckyspeedway.com, or visit the Kentucky Speedway offices at 2216 Dixie Hwy., Suite 200, in Ft. Mitchell, Ky. and the track's Turn 3 Fan Center in Sparta, Ky. for more information. The speedway also will sell its single-event tickets at both locations.
