Kentucky Speedway Introduces Rewards Program
Kentucky Speedway introduces its new VIP Rewards program as part of the venue's first customer relationship management initiative.
Season ticket, personal seat license and backstretch RV members renewing existing ticket plans or purchasing a new plan will automatically receive an official Kentucky Speedway VIP Rewards card that will help them earn points for debit and credit card concession, merchandise and ticket purchases made during the 2007 Kentucky Speedway season.
Members will earn four points for each dollar spent when they present purchase receipts at a centrally-located redemption center at the speedway on event days. Those who earn 4,000, 3,000, 2,000 and 1,000 points will receive respective $100, $75, $50 and $25 discounts toward the renewal or purchase of a 2008 speedway season ticket plan, personal seat license or backstretch RV membership.
"We are really excited to be able to add our rewards program to the extensive list of benefits available to our strongest supporters," Kentucky Speedway Executive Vice President and General Manager Mark F. Cassis said. "This initiative, coupled with our expanded ability to accept debit and credit cards at all of our concession areas, will help keep us at the forefront of our industry. We feel this first customer relationship management endeavor will help us provide our fans with the most rewarding entertainment experience possible."
Four affordable Kentucky Speedway season ticket plans ranging in price from $165 to $255 are on sale now and can be reserved by phone at 859-578-2300, through the official speedway Web site at www.kentuckyspeedway.com or in person at speedway ticket offices in Ft. Mitchell, Ky., at 2216 Dixie Hwy., Suite 200 and in the Sparta, Ky., Fan Center located off of Interstate 71 Exit 57 and Hwy. 35 North.
In addition to a rewards membership, speedway season ticket members will receive the same reserved seats for each of the four main race events at the speedway in 2007, VIP parking passes that can be exchanged for free general campground admission, free admission to two new Fanfest events featuring driver autograph sessions and more, cold pit passes, discounts on the purchase of additional event tickets and the opportunity to purchase admission to three Outback Steakhouse Tailgate Parties for one low price.
The 2007 Kentucky Speedway season will feature five event weekends and eight event days.
