Kentucky Speedway announces its Outback Steakhouse Tailgate Parties have sold out for the 2005 season.

Three parties were offered to new and renewing season ticket members for a total of $60. The hospitality events will be held before the June 18 NASCAR Busch Series "The Meijer 300 Presented by Oreo," the July 9 NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series "Built Ford Tough 225 Presented by The Greater Cincinnati Ford Dealers" and August 14 Indy Racing League IndyCar Series "Bluegrass 300."

Tailgaters will enjoy complimentary Outback Steakhouse appetizers and Coca-Cola products as well as a cash bar prior to each of the selected race events. Members also will have the opportunity to win prizes while mingling with celebrities and drivers.

"We're certainly pleased with the overwhelming early response to the Outback Steakhouse Tailgate Parties," Kentucky Speedway Executive Vice President and General Manager Mark F. Cassis said. "Our fans love to enjoy a full day of fun at the speedway, so it's no surprise our season ticket members quickly took advantage of this great offer."

The speedway will pack 11 races and country music artists Travis Tritt, The Charlie Daniels Band, Billy Ray Cyrus, SHeDAISY and The Kentucky Headhunters into five weekends of entertainment in 2005. The new season begins May 14 and ends September 10.

The schedule features main events with the NASCAR Busch Series, NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series, Indy Racing League IndyCar Series, ARCA RE/MAX Series and NASCAR AutoZone Elite Division Southeast Series. Four races will be broadcast to national television audiences over networks such as ABC, ESPN, FX and SPEED Channel.

The Kentucky Headhunters lead off the speedway concert line-up on May 14 and will be followed by superstar Travis Tritt on June 18, Billy Ray Cyrus on July 9, SHeDAISY on August 14 and The Charlie Daniels Band on September 10. All entertainers will perform on the WUBE-FM B-105 Country Music Stage located on the Turn 1 Concourse.
