Long-time Kentucky Speedway fan Rick Repasky, of Greensburg, Pa., is the lucky winner of "Charlie Daniels Band Fall Classic" honorary starter drawing and will wave the green flag for tonight's NASCAR AutoZone Elite Division "Bluegrass 150" at 8:00 p.m.

Repasky also will meet the legendary musical artist during prerace ceremonies. Repasky's name was chosen from more than 1,000 entries sent in by speedway fans. The drawing is part of the speedway's Fan Appreciation Day festivities. Lucky fans attending today's event also will be eligible to win prizes such as tickets to the B-105 Jammin' in the Country concert featuring Trisha Yearwood, Joe Diffie and Sawyer Brown on September 17, Cincinnati Bengals and Reds tickets, University of Kentucky men's basketball tickets, Miami University football tickets, University of Louisville football tickets, Richard Petty Driving School Ride-a-Longs and Montgomery Inn gift certificates.

The speedway open its fifth and final event weekend of the 2005 season at noon with NASCAR AutoZone Elite Division Southeast and Midwest Series practice. The full day of race action continues at 1:30 p.m., on the paved quarter-mile track with USAC Ford Focus Midget Series practice, qualifying heats and feature races. The Charlie Daniels Band will take the B-105 Country Sound Stage at 6:00 p.m., and "Bluegrass 150" prerace ceremony commences at 7:30 p.m.

Event tickets are still available and can be purchased at the speedway main entrance at Gates 15 and 16 up to race time.
