Kentucky Speedway accepted the 100th entry for its May 26 "Frank Kimmel Enduro Nationals" event.

The first-of-its kind street stock race is being co-promoted by the track in conjunction the eight-time ARCA RE/MAX Series champion and is expected to attract approximately 200 of the best local-track racers in the country. Drivers will compete for a $10,000 first-place prize and shares of a $25,000 purse.

The 150-mile, 100-lap event will be organized under a universal set of rules that will enable drivers to be competitive by making minor adjustments to their existing racecars. Drivers will take a mandatory pit stop on Lap 51 before completing the race.

The "Frank Kimmel Enduro Nationals" will take center stage during the second of five 2007 race weekends at Kentucky Speedway. The 66,089-seat venue will open its season with the ARCA RE/MAX Series "Buckle Up Kentucky 150" May 12, follow its first street stock event with the high-profile NASCAR Busch Series "Meijer 300 Presented by Oreo" weekend June 15-16, play host to the ARCA RE/MAX Series "Channel 5 150" and NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series "Built Ford Tough 225 Presented by the Greater Cincinnati Ford Dealers" July 13-14, and close its eighth campaign with the first Indy Racing League IndyCar and Indy Pro series twilight and night races in track history Aug. 10-11.

Season ticket plans range from $165 to $255 and can be reserved by phone at 859-578-2300 or online at Single-event tickets also are on sale and range from $35 to $80 depending on event and seat location.
