Speedway Season Ticket Renewals Off To Strong Start
Season ticket plans are off to a strong start thanks in part to the new Kentucky Speedway VIP Rewards program.
The speedway is offering four affordable plans ranging in price from $165 to $255 for its four-weekend season that begins May 12 with a visit from the ARCA RE/MAX Series. The season will continue with the June 15-16 NASCAR Busch Series weekend followed by a July 13-14 weekend that will spotlight the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series and ARCA RE/MAX Series. The season will conclude Aug. 10-11 with the IndyCar and Indy Pro Series. Additional 2007 speedway events will include the May 26 Frank Kimmel Enduro Nationals street stock racing event and a July 13 ARCA RE/MAX Series 150-mile race.
New and renewing season ticket members will automatically receive a personal Kentucky Speedway VIP Rewards card that will help them earn points for event-related credit and debit card purchases throughout the season. Members will earn four points for each dollar spent when they present purchase receipts at a centrally-located redemption center at the speedway on event days. Those who earn 4,000, 3,000, 2,000 and 1,000 points will receive respective $100, $75, $50 and $25 discounts toward the renewal or purchase of a 2008 speedway season ticket plan, personal seat license or backstretch RV membership.
In addition to a rewards membership, speedway season ticket members will receive the same reserved seats for each of the four main speedway race events, VIP parking passes that can be exchanged for free general campground admission, free admission to two new Fanfest events featuring driver autograph sessions and more, cold pit passes, discounts on the purchase of additional event tickets and the opportunity to purchase admission to three Outback Steakhouse Tailgate Parties for one low price. Season ticket plans can be reserved by phone at 859-578-2300 and online through the tickets pages of this Web site.
