Kentucky Speedway has named Dan Stuart, Senior Director of Business Development, Salesperson of the Year for the third time in the past four years.

"I am very excited to announce Dan as Kentucky Speedway's 2015 Salesperson of the Year. He is an "all-star" in client relationships and services representing the speedway in the most upstanding way. I am proud to have him part of our team," said vice president of sales and marketing John Cox.

The La Grange, Kentucky resident has been with Kentucky Speedway since 2001 with more than 20 years of experience in sales and marketing.

"Dan has seen many changes in our sport during his tenure, and has adapted his methods accordingly to continually provide top shelf programs for our partners," Cox said.

Stuart will receive a commemorative clock in addition to him and his wife receiving a trip to Las Vegas, Nevada for the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series Awards Banquet.

Kentucky Speedway's 2016 season will open with the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series Quaker State 400 presented by Advance Auto Parts for the sixth time Saturday night July 9 anchoring another NASCAR tripleheader weekend. It opens with the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series on Thursday, July 7, followed by the NASCAR XFINITY Series on Friday, July 8. The XFINITY Series also returns to the 1.5-mile tri-oval Saturday, September 24. All races are at night.
