What is a Personal Seat License (PSL)?
Pay a one-time license fee per seat in one of Kentucky Speedway's PSL Clubs and that seat is yours for life so long as you comply with the Terms.

Membership in the Bluegrass Club requires the purchase of a Series A ticket package every year. The required annual fee in the Kentucky Club includes race event tickets. Annual costs will vary depending on each year's racing schedule. See Rules and Regulations for more information.
